About Us

Maidstone Activity Dogs was set up in 2014 and now runs as a very successful Agility Club with dogs competing regularly with excellent results. The club has Kennel Club Listed Status for both Agility and The Good Citizen Dog Scheme and runs 2 Kennel Club Agility Shows through the summer and an independent series of 4 shows through the winter.

Agility classes are run by Katie who has over 12 years experience of working with Dogs including Military and Police Dogs and dogs trained for private security companies.  Katie has a certificate in education and training and also been a swimming teacher for 7 years so has plenty of experience in teaching.  She currently has 6 dogs of her own, a Labrador called Brian, 4 Malinios, Heidi, Kody, Chaos and Bridget (Puppy)  and a Dutch Shepherd called Brenda. In the past she has owned Malinois called Megan & Shelly, a German Shepherd called Pip and a Collie cross called Max.
